Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber syndrome is a rare congenital disease, with an incidence of 1/100,000 live births. It is characterized by capillary malformation, venous dilations, excessive growth of soft tissues and bones, usually in the lower limbs. infant referred to the Dermatology clinic of the Eliseo N. Caamaño Pediatric Teaching Hospital in Matanzas, with vascular malformation that includes the hemiabdomen and left lumbar fossa, and reaches the first ipsilateral artery with asymmetry of the lower limbs, hypertrophy of the limb and macrodactyly. It was evaluated in a multidisciplinary manner and the diagnosis was concluded. This case was presented with the aim of updating on this rare disease, which requires multidisciplinary management that facilitates the early detection and prevention of complications from its early stages.
